Pitcher

Size and arm strength matter. Recruit-level velocity varies by class.

Catcher

Pop time, receiving, and leadership. Size less important than skill.

First base

Left-handed hitting bonus. Power and pick ability at scoops.

Middle infield

Hands, range, first-step quickness. Speed and contact hitting.

Third base

Arm strength, reactions, power bat.

Outfield
