A great practice keeps every player active for 90+ minutes with minimal standing around. Use station-based drills and small groups.
Sample 90-minute practice
10 min warm-up. 15 min throwing progression. 20 min defense (rotate positions). 25 min hitting stations (tee, front toss, live BP). 15 min baserunning + situational. 5 min team meeting.
